Orders are shipped within two days maximum.
When sending perfume or candle, the waiting time is 3 to 5 working days in France and 5 to 8 working days in Europe. When sending samples, this can happen quickly, within 2 days. However, it may take longer, up to 3 weeks for a European shipment due to the current situation.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order.

Send us a message to parfums@marcantoinebarrois.com to check that your order has been processed correctly. Sometimes confirmation emails are delayed or filtered to avoid spam.
